Cutthroat Pictures is currently in the
pre-production stage of its next project and are accepting resumes from
candidates interested in demonstrating their technical abilities for the
upcoming production. These positions will be paid positions. Members of unions are advised to refer to their respective
collective bargaining agreements or to contact their union reps concerning
participation in non-union independent productions as Cutthroat Pictures is not
a signatory of any collective bargaining agreements at this moment.
Candidates with personal
web sites of their own are welcome to submit a link for
our review. All submissions must clearly indicate the
area of technical expertise or the position for which
the candidate is submitting his or her candidacy.
All candidates must meet the
following requirements:
be at least
18 years of age;
be
available to appear on set upon 48 hours notice;
be
available on weekends;
be willing
to provide their own transportation to and from
filming locations.
Please note that Cutthroat Pictures is currently
offering crew paid positions for their work, but at a
substantially lower rate than union productions. However, all crew will be
entitled to appropriate screen credit and will be provided with a fully-edited
DVD copy of the film upon completion of post-production. Food will also be
provided. Furthermore, all crew will be offered an opportunity to
participate in the financial success of the film.All crew will be
required to sign a Crew Deal Memo.
